An experienced network of higher-ed experts

The Transformational Partnerships Fund helps institutions assess their needs and identify third-party consultants who are well equipped to guide them through the process.

Partnership explorations often benefit from the involvement of independent, experienced third parties. These can include facilitators, lawyers, or other consultants with expertise in change management, finance, operations, real estate, facilities, and more. Where appropriate, TPF makes grants to help defray the associated costs.

Our network is comprised of a diverse set of third-party consultants that TPF considers for referrals into particular situations, based on an institution’s circumstances. TPF believes institutions exploring partnership options should be free to select and retain the consultant providers whom they believe will best address their needs. The engagement of a particular referred provider will never be a condition of a grant from TPF.
